My run this morning (28 May) was again bathed in sunshine and took me around Beccles quay, following the towpath alongside the banks of the Waveney River…just me, the dog and a few swans for company…absolutely priceless!

It’s a brilliant way to start because it encourages walking and running combined, and it works for all levels of fitness.
But whatever you choose to do for your daily activity, remember that something is better than nothing, and congratulate yourself for everything that you achieve.
