Introduction

Congratulations, you have taken the first step to improving your knowledge and understanding of movement and mental health.

This free e-learning module is aimed at all adults and young people in Suffolk and has been designed to be engaging and informative.

It has been developed by experts from Suffolk Mind, working collaboratively with Suffolk’s Most Active County Partnership.

It takes just 20 minutes to complete, and consists of four 3-5 minute videos, plus a couple of questions to answer after you’ve watched each one.

The resource is designed to provide you with a better insight into the benefits of movement on our mental health and how, by moving more, it can help us all enhance our wellbeing.

We hope it will equip you to have conversations with your friends, family, work colleagues and clients about this important topic.
