We’ve developed this section to provide a range of useful links to exercising and moving safely, inlcuding a range of our exercise cards for older people with three ways you can use them – download or follow them on screen.

You should always follow your GP’s advice if you have an existing health condition, but often you can still move or do some gentle exercise.

EXERCISE CARDS FOR OLDER PEOPLE

Our exercise cards have been developed by experts specifically for older people to do some gentle movement every day.

Below are 3 different ways you can access the cards and start to feel happier and healthier, by moving more.
